RULES & REGULATIONS
for the Parents
- Parents are expected to visit their wards only on 1st Sunday for girls and 2nd for boys and other institutional holidays between 12.00 Noon and 4 pm.
- However, an exception will be made in the case of parents who have genuine reasons. Depending upon the merits of each case, parents will be permitted to visit their wards on the campus even on days other than those specified above. Such matters will be left to the discretion of the Director and he Director’s decision will be final.
- Parents and only such visitors, whose name are mentioned in the visitor’s card, will be allowed to enter the campus and visit the ward.
- On Sundays in residential campuses parents may discuss the progress of their wards with the responsible members of campus administration
- Requests, through telegrams and telephone message to send an student home, will not be entertained. Depending upon urgency of information, the Institution shall ring up the parents to find out the truth or allow the students to speak.
- Parents are requested not to leave their wards’ any valuables in the form of money and ornaments.
- Parents are requested not to entertain other student’s requests for posting letters and communicating information etc.
- Students will not be allowed to leave the hostel premises without prior permission. They can leave only on signing the Visitors Book after obtaining permission.
- Nobody is allowed out of the campus on any ground without a leave out pass.
- Students will have to report, on the date and at the time fixed, after the expiry of the vacation or permitted period. Defaulters, in such cases will have to meet the principal along with the parents.
- Students who cause damage to the college property and properties of other students will be imposed penalty.
- All letters, either written or received by the students will be censored by the college authorities to avoid unwanted deviation from studies and to safeguard broader and specific interests of the students, the parents and the Institution.
- No student shall absent herself / himself from the college test / examination on any pretext, without obtaining prior permission from the Principal.
- Any student, misbehaving towards co-students, wardens / lecturers or using harsh language, disturbing others studies Is liable for the issue of transfer certificate at the discretion of the Management.
- No student, under any circumstance, shall be called out of the classroom, when the class is in progress, for communicating messages or for meeting any visitor.
- Students should wear only decent and dignified cloths. They should observe restraint and ensure decorum in their dress habits. Students, found violating the above, will be dealt with accordingly.
- Identity card issued by the college should always accompany students in the college premises.
- Frequent late coming and irregularity in attending classes will not be tolerated. Such students shall be sent out of the college by issuing T.C’s.
- Despite strong security, if any student leaves the campus without informing the campus administration, the institution shall not bear any responsibility. In such cases, the student and the parents shall have sole responsibility and legal liability for the same. Activities of the students outside the campus have no legal binding on the institution.
Hostel Requirements For Residential Students:
Girls / Boys staying in the hostel should bring along with them the under mentioned items at the time of reporting to the college.
- 6’ X2 ½ size mattress or bed.
- 3 no’s of blankets / bed sheets and a pillow
- One meal plate and a tumbler
- One bucket with a mug
- One trunk box with lock and key
- A water bottle.
